“I like to stay abreast of what’s going on with projects without necessarily having to remember to check in myself,” Stenger says. “It’s a nice feeling knowing Pace will keep me updated.”
In the case of Transamerica’s Plan Maximizer brochure, Stenger taps Pace to provide annual updates for the piece. With a run of 15,000-20,000, the brochure educates plan sponsors and brokers on the company’s retirement services portfolio. With copy and artwork changing only slightly between printing cycles, Stenger says he appreciates Pace’s prompt turnaround.
“We are fortunate with this piece to know when changes are coming up, so we can easily schedule it,” he explains. “I get a lot of personal attention from Pace. Their customer service is what I appreciate most.” |
